Education and Training

Education and training of young scientists for a broad range of STEM careers is an important goal of IReNA.

Workshops
IReNA workshops are designed to benefit young scientists. Design elements may include special preparatory lectures, sessions restricted to young participants, events to enable networking and job hunting, and professional development activities. See the event calendar for upcoming IReNA workshops.

Online Seminar
The IReNA online seminar series offers cutting edge science presentations in nuclear astrophysics from around the world. The presentations are recorded and also available on YouTube. A Gathertown meeting with the speaker following each seminar provides a way to virtually mingle with the speaker and other attendees. The seminar series is organized by a group of international students and postdocs, which offers additional professional development and networking opportunities.
